Tom founded LaborNexa through his work as a labor union leader and his firsthand understanding of what it takes to represent members and run a labor organization. He knows why deadlines matter, why member information must be dependable, and how easily important knowledge can become scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets, shared drives, and changes in leadership.
That experience shapes LaborNexa's practical approach to technology. Tom is building tools that help union officers, representatives, and staff organize their work, communicate clearly, preserve institutional knowledge, and spend more time serving the people they represent.
