How do staff get access?
Contact your organization’s administrator for application access. Case and member workflows require the appropriate permissions.
Can we move our member roster out of spreadsheets?
Bring a sample roster with fictional records to the demo. Confirm which fields, relationships and history can move, who checks the imported records, and how your union signs off before switching.
How is good standing calculated and audited?
Confirm the Membership application’s rules, source records and review history in a walkthrough. Cases includes shared member records and Relationships; Membership administration is a separate application. Do not assume a case subscription calculates dues or good standing.
What member and case data is stored?
Cases connects member relationships, case facts, notes, documents, deadlines and resolution records. Access depends on organization roles and permissions. Ask for the customer data-handling terms before uploading live records.
Where is customer data hosted, and what are the backup and retention terms?
Request the current hosting region, backup schedule, restore process, retention and deletion terms from hello@labornexa.com. The public website privacy notice covers inquiries; customer account policies are separate.
How do representatives learn the system?
Use a fictional case and a sample procedure in the demo. Review intake, assignments, deadlines, documents and handoffs with the staff who will use them. Confirm training and rollout support before subscribing.
Does Cases replace our membership or website tools?
No. Cases includes shared member records and Relationships for casework. Membership administration and Website are separate applications. Confirm the subscription scope for your organization.
